- Ryan Parker
A 5th Generation Coloradan, Ryan was farm raised for 19 years and then went on to Regis University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business and became a Realtor® his Junior year. After 9 years in the business Ryan still enjoys selling homes, building lasting relationships and telling bad jokes. - Mike Wharton
Mike was raised in the Black Hills of South Dakota. Shortly after graduating from high school, Mike moved to Florida and attended the University of Florida. Go Gators! After graduating in 1992, he followed his family to Colorado. Mike became a Realtor® in 1998 after some success in real estate investing. In 2000, he founded Wharton Real Estate LLC. - Dan Wharton
Dan was born and raised in a small farming community in rural South Dakota. Dan received a degree in Accounting before joining the Air Force during the Vietnam War. Post Vietnam, Dan earned a MBA at the University of South Dakota. Through the years, Dan has held a variety of positions such as computer programmer, accountant, corporate controller, and small business owner. He now has launched another career in real estate with his son Mike (yes, the same as mentioned above). Dan brings a wide variety of experience to Wharton Real Estate LLC and strongly believes in excellent providing customer service. Contact Dan.
Aaron Spence
Aaron started in the real estate industry in 1997 as a loan officer. As he proceeded to provide more and more purchase financing for his customers, he realized that many real estate agents unfortunately were part time "dabblers" in the business and really did not provide the service as a fiduciary that should be expected of them. Bill LeVasseur
A former F-16 Crew Chief during Desert Storm, Bill served 5 years on active duty, then moved on to act in television and film. Now, Bill has moved to the Real Estate world. He is currently host of "Colorado Homes on Demand", is one of only 500 brokers with an MLS Professional Certification, and is an expert Realtor in the SW Littleton area.
